About Pager Appearance settings

You can open Pager's settings from your Mac menu bar (Pager > Settings...), or Windows task bar system tray (near the clock, click the Pager icon).

In the settings window, click "Appearance".

These settings vary between Mac and Windows, but you can choose from the fonts on your computer, adjust the size and colors, change position, and add a shadow.
